Erasmus MC heeft ervoor gezorgd dat je Mijn BSL eenvoudig en snel kunt raadplegen. Je kunt je links eenvoudig registreren. Met deze gegevens kun je thuis, of waar ook ter wereld toegang krijgen tot Mijn BSL.
Om ook buiten de locaties van Erasmus MC, thuis bijvoorbeeld, van Mijn BSL gebruik te kunnen maken, moet je jezelf eenmalig registreren. Dit kan alleen vanaf een computer op een van de locaties van Erasmus MC.
Eenmaal geregistreerd kun je thuis of waar ook ter wereld onbeperkt toegang krijgen tot Mijn BSL.

A 76-year-old lady was admitted to the cardiology department with acute typical chest discomfort and dyspnoea. The patient had a medical history of diabetes mellitus type 2, hypercholesterolaemia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Furthermore, she smoked 12 cigarettes a day. The patient had no history of heart disease. On physical examination no abnormalities were observed. Laboratory tests revealed a troponin-I of 4.91 μg/L and a CK of 212 U/L with a peak value of 660 U/L within 24 h after admission. The 12-lead ECG (Fig. 1) showed a sinus rhythm with a rate of 69 beats/min, normal conduction times and an isolated ST-segment elevation in V2. What is the diagnosis?
