Samenvatting

Proximale tibiofibulaire dislocatie is een zeldzame aandoening die gemakkelijk kan worden gemist. Als de dislocatie wordt herkend, kan deze worden behandeld door middel van gesloten repositie. Wanneer gesloten repositie niet lukt, moet worden overgegaan op open repositie. Het missen van de diagnose kan leiden tot chronische pijn in de knie. Wij presenteren een casus met anterolaterale dislocatie die succesvol kon worden behandeld met open repositie.
