Om ook buiten de locaties van Erasmus MC, thuis bijvoorbeeld, van Mijn BSL gebruik te kunnen maken, moet je jezelf eenmalig registreren. Dit kan alleen vanaf een computer op een van de locaties van Erasmus MC.

Many professionals who work with individuals with autism are often asked by parents to suggest books that are not “too technical” and that provide specific examples of ideas that can be easily implemented at home. Julia Moor’s book, “Playing, Laughing and Learning With Children On The Autism Spectrum: A Practical Resource of Play Ideas for Parents and Carers” is an example of one such book. In the introduction, Moor explains that she was driven to write the book after her son was diagnosed with autism. Moor, a special educator, sought to compile a book of simple play ideas that parents can try at home to increase their child’s play and social skills. Moor’s book is comprised of 16 chapters that include specific strategies, examples, and resources for parents and other care providers. …
