Samenvatting

Reeds sinds jaren worden midschacht-claviculafracturen conservatief behandeld. De ratio hierachter ligt vooral in oudere studies toen er vooral gekeken werd naar consolidatie van de fractuur. Deze studies rapporteerden een hoge union rate1,2.
