Samenvatting

De differentiaaldiagnose van pijn in de heup is breed en omvat onder andere stressfracturen van het collum femoris, die worden onderverdeeld in insufficiëntiefracturen en vermoeidheidsfracturen. In deze casus bespreken wij een patiënt met een insufficiëntiefractuur met een zeer ongebruikelijk onderliggend lijden, te weten primaire hyperparathyreoïdie.
